Shipping policy

In stock orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. 

Commissioned orders are also processed as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of the design process it may take up to three to five weeks. 

Shipping times depend on your location. If you live locally, in Chicago, you'll get your order faster than if you live somewhere like California. In-state orders will arrive in 3-5 business days. It may take 5-7 days to arrive in other parts of the United States. International orders may take up to 10-20 days to arrive. All order delivery estimates are listed at checkout. 

Please check that all of your shipping details are entered correctly. Changes to a delivery address are not possible once a shipment is processed. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. 

We are not responsible or liable for lost or damaged shipments once they are picked up by their carrier. Please use the tracking information sent to you. If you cannot find a package that has been confirmed as delivered, please contact your local USPS or DHL.
